Transportation Cost And Time

1.For Qianchice Ebikes In CA Warehouse

We ship the bike from City of Industry, CA（US）with free shipping in USA. The bike will be delivered 3-10 business days after placing the order, and the specific delivery time depends on the distance between your receiving address and the shipping warehouse address.

The order is shipped within 2-5 working days. No delivery will be arranged on weekends. If the product is out of stock, it is expected that the inventory will be restored in about one month. Usually out of stock, we can check it on the website. If it is due to particular circumstances, we will send you an email to inform you of the out-of-stock situation.

2.For ebikes accessories such as batteries, charging cables, etc., it takes 3-10 working days to ship from China warehouse.

Pickup process:
Step 1. After you place a self-pickup order, please contact us to confirm the pick-up location and inform us of your pick-up time.
Step 2. We need to confirm the product with the warehouse, and after we prepare the pick-up form, we will send it to you. When you go to pick up the goods, please be sure to bring the pick-up form.

Please note that for self-pickup orders, the electric bicycle you ordered is not a complete one, and you still need to assemble it yourself. Please do not go there casually to avoid running empty.

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed soon. You will receive email notifications about the progress of your order, including tracking numbers or any other questions.
