1.Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at qianchice@gmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

2.Do l need to pay taxes? What payment methods do you accept?

Tax included, Free shiping in US. There is no extra charge. We can accept Paypal.

3.Do you support cash on delivery or installment payment?

No, we do not support cash on delivery currently, and you can choose PayPal for installment payment. PayPal now offers short-term installment plans for U.S. customer checkouts.

4.How long is the delivery time? Where do you ship from?

The order will be process in 48 business hours. Once the order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email. We use FedEx for shipping ebike and battery, USPS/UPS/YunExpress for shipping accessories.

15-20 working days for battery
7-10 working days foraccessories
Our warehouses are located in CA in the United States. Free shipping in US. Any delivery dates provided by Qianchice are estimates.

Note: Qianchice can be shipped to 48 states of the US, cannot be sent to any islands, enclaves (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.) outside the lower 48 states of the US.

5.What if my package was lost during the shipment?

For orders placed on our official website, You need to enter the tracking number attached to your order confirmation email to check.
